SellerSaarthi works on Sponsored Products campaigns. It reads your Amazon Ads data, finds what is worth changing, and proposes it; nothing changes until you say so. Here's exactly how, step by step.

    Ingest — we pull your data

    OAuth via Login with Amazon. We read campaigns, keywords, targets, search terms and budgets via the Ads API. 90-day backfill on first connection, then daily sync.

  2. 02

    Analyse — we find what's wrong

    Checks run every night on your bids and on searches that spend without selling; a third, for searches worth adding as keywords, is yours to switch on. Your dashboard shows what the night's check found.

  3. 03

    Act — we fix it (with your permission)

    Every change goes to your review queue first, unless you choose to let Saarthi make it. Writes go through SafeWriter, which logs each one before it reaches Amazon. A bid change or a stopped search can be undone with one click.

When you connect

What happens the first time you connect your Amazon account.

  1. Connect Amazon Ads

    On Amazon's own Login with Amazon screen — your password never reaches us.

  2. Set your target ACoS

    The ad cost you are happy with, as a share of sales. Saarthi judges your bids against it, and you can change it any time in Settings.

  3. We pull 90 days of history

    Campaigns, keywords, targets and search terms.

  4. What Saarthi will check

    Two checks run every night: bids whose ad cost is well above your target, and searches that spend without selling.

The next morning

After the first night's check.

  1. See what the check found

    The dashboard shows where your spend is going and what the night's check found, search by search, from your own data.

  2. Review the first proposals

    Saarthi asks you first, with the exact change and the numbers behind it, unless you choose to let it make the changes itself. Nothing changes on Amazon until you say so.

A normal day with SellerSaarthi

What your morning looks like after setup.

  1. 7:00 AM — Open your dashboard

    Yesterday's spend, sales and ACoS, and the changes waiting for you. A 7 AM WhatsApp message with the same is coming soon.

  2. 7:05 AM — Review over chai

    Open the review queue: ‘banarasi silk saree’ · ₹5.01 → ₹4.26, 110% ACoS, above your 28% target. Approve or dismiss.

  3. 3:00 AM (next day) — Rules re-check your account

    New proposals wait for your approval, unless you chose to let Saarthi make them. Every change is logged.
