Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fair, boring, and clear. Cancel anytime self-serve. 14-day refund on first paid period. Documented technical faults considered case-by-case beyond that.

1. 14-day no-questions refund
Every customer receives a full refund on the first paid period (monthly or annual) if requested within 14 days of the first charge. No questions, no forms, no phone calls.
2. Beyond 14 days — monthly plans
No refund after day 14 of the first paid period. If you cancel, service continues to the end of the already-paid month and then stops.
3. Beyond 14 days — annual plans
Prorated refunds considered case-by-case for documented technical failures that we are unable to remediate. Otherwise, service continues to the end of the paid year with no refund. This is explicit to reduce the risk that customers lose more than one month of value from a service issue.
4. How to cancel
Self-serve in your account settings. There is no phone call. There is no retention flow. Your service continues to the end of the already-paid period.
5. Data handling after cancellation
Data is handled per the Data Retention Schedule. Amazon Data is purged within 30 days of disconnection or termination. Invoices and GST records are retained 8 years per Indian tax law.
6. How to request a refund
Email legal@sellersaarthi.com from the email address on file with:
- Your account email
- The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)
We respond with a decision within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method in 5–10 business days (Razorpay's standard timeline).
